The Quiet Circle mobile application is operated by NEXTIME MCK, LLC, PO Box 250044, Plano, TX 75025, United States ("Quiet Circle", "we", "us", "our"). NEXTIME MCK, LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This policy describes what data we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights.

Apple Health data is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold or shared, and never stored in iCloud.
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or personalization. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:
When you delete your account, we immediately revoke all access tokens and schedule complete data removal within 30 days. Circles you own that still have other members are kept for up to 30 more days so another member can take them over; your own data is removed from them. See what is deleted and what is kept.
During onboarding, you are asked to explicitly consent to data collection before any activity data is gathered. You can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account, or pause sharing in Profile.
Quiet Circle is not directed at children under 13. If a minor is part of a circle, the circle creator is responsible for obtaining parental consent.
Your data is stored in the EU, with Amazon Web Services in Paris. Some providers process data in the USA: Twilio for text messages, Apple and Google for subscription validation and push notifications, and Cloudflare for the website and email forwarding. These transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "effective date" at the top indicates when it was last updated.
