Delete Your Quiet Circle Account

Applies to the Quiet Circle app on iPhone and Android. Last updated: November 1, 2026

You can delete your Quiet Circle account and its data at any time, with or without the app installed.

Option 1: In the app

Open Quiet Circle and go to Profile.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2: Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Quiet Circle account".
Send it from the email address you use to sign in. If you signed up with a phone number, include that number.
To protect your account, we reply to the address or number on the account to confirm the request. We never ask for a sign-in code.
Once confirmed, we schedule the deletion within 3 business days and reply with the date it will be completed.

What happens next

Immediately: you are signed out on every device, and your devices stop sharing activity with your circles.
For 30 days: the deletion is pending. To change your mind, sign in to the app and tap Cancel pending deletion on your Profile, or email us and we will cancel it. Once you are signed in again, your phone shares activity with your circles again.
After 30 days: your account and the data below are permanently deleted. Deletion runs once a day, so it is complete within a day after the 30 days end.

What is deleted

What is kept, and for how long

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Apple or Google bills it, so cancel it in your device settings first:

iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Quiet Circle > Cancel
Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Quiet Circle > Cancel

Delete some data without deleting your account

To stop sharing activity, leave a circle in the app or turn off the permissions in your device settings. To ask us to delete specific data or send you a copy of your data, email [email protected].
